On January 21, 2022, Cuban Embassy in China held a farewell dinner for Counsellor Juan Alberto Kelly, Head of the Ministry of Economy, Commerce, Science and Technology, and his wife Blanca, and meanwhile welcomed Mr. Igor Montero (with his wife Cyrenia) as Minister & Counsellor.
