In May 2023, Ansheng International was invited to visit His Excellency Muhammad Kazim Mesam, Minister of Agriculture, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. His Excellency introduced the agricultural environment and agricultural development in Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan, and pointed out that China is Pakistan’s all-weather strategic cooperative partner, and the deepening of agricultural cooperation between China and Pakistan is promising and will surely achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. At the same time, His Excellency thanked the delegation for visiting and looked forward to cooperating with Ansheng International in a wider range of fields.

CEO Zhang Liqiang said that agricultural cooperation is a key cooperation area in the new stage of high-quality development of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor. The two sides are highly complementary and have great potential for cooperation. Gilgit-Baltistan has the natural advantage of being near the border with China and having the China-Pakistan highway and Khunjerab Port to facilitate trade between the two countries. Ansheng International is willing to continuously strengthen the cooperation consensus with Pakistan, especially Gilgit-Baltistan, in the field of agriculture, further expand the cooperation in agriculture and introduce more Pakistani agricultural products to China.
