To celebrate the 214th anniversary of Mexican Independence, the Embassy of Mexico in China hosted a reception on September 12th in Beijing. At the invitation of Ambassador of Mexico to China H.E. Mr. Jesús Seade and Mrs. Dalcy Cabrera, Chairperson of Ansheng International Mrs. YANG Tingting and CEO Mr. ZHANG Liqiang attended the event.

H.E. Mr. Jesús Seade said that positive progress has been made in Mexico-China relations over the past year, with meetings between the two heads of state and visits to China by the Mexican Foreign Minister, Tourism Minister, parliamentary delegations, local delegations, and economic and trade delegations. Direct passenger flights between Mexico and China have resumed, and exchanges and cooperation in trade, investment, education and other fields between the two countries continue to deepen. Mexico is willing to work with China to make steady and sustained progress on the path of cooperation, dialogue and friendship, and continuously push forward the development of Mexico-China friendship.
