China-US Economic Dialogue

The CHINA-US Economic Dialogue is a communication and exchange on long-term and overall issues concerning the development of the two countries, and seeks solutions to specific issues of concern to the two sides.

 

Vice Premier Wang Yang, as the special representative of Chinese President Xi Jinping, co-chaired the dialogue with the special representative of US President Barack Obama. Cui Tiankai, Chinese Ambassador to the United States, said that the dialogue would be attended by heads of more than 20 departments on both sides, and the topics would cover various fields such as political security, economy and finance, covering bilateral, regional and global levels.

Chinese entrepreneurs said there were many common interests between Chinese and American entrepreneurs. By participating in the CHINA-US Economic Dialogue, people could learn more about the US investment policy, the environment and potential cooperation projects between the two sides, and build a bridge of cooperation for Chinese and American entrepreneurs. At the same time, we fully realize that only by enhancing mutual trust and promoting cooperation could we maintain a sound and stable momentum of development, which was conducive to the exchanges between the two peoples and the cooperation between enterprises.
