On June 8, 2019, the Embassy of Montenegro in China successfully held a series of cultural exchange activities called "Friendly Little Ambassadors" . As one of the series activities of international youth cultural exchange, this activity is hosted by China Service Center for Friendship and Cooperation with Foreign Countries and Ansheng International, which has been strongly supported by many embassies in China. Mr.Darko Paijovic, Ambassador of Montenegro to China, and Mr. Damir Sabanovic, First Secretary of the Embassy of Montenegro in China attended the event.

Montenegro is located in the southwest of the Balkans, Adriatic Sea east coast, beautiful environment, beautiful scenery, temperate climate, a temperate continental climate. Despite its small size, Montenegro has two world-class heritage sites: the ancient city of Kotor on the eastern coast of the Kotor fjord, and Dumitol National Park in the Tara River Valley Which nears the highest peak,Mount Bobotovkuk, in the north-central part of the country. The former Yugoslavia film "Bridge", which was popular in China, was based on the historical fact that the guerrillas bombed the bridge and filmed here.

At the beginning of the event, Mr. Darko Paijovic, Ambassador of Montenegro to China, delivered a welcome speech.First of all, Mr. Ambassador extended a warm welcome to each of the "Little Ambassadors". "Montenegro is a country with beautiful scenery and pleasant climate. Although it has been independent for a short time, it has maintained close and friendly exchanges with China,As early as April 2017, Montenegro implemented a partial visa-free policy for China."he said. He hoped that more friendly youths could visit the Embassy of Montenegro in China in the future to get to know his hometown and Montenegro. He also hopes that more Chinese friends can go to Montenegro in person to experience the beauty of his hometown in the future.

Then, the teacher from China Service Center for Friendship and Cooperation with Foreign Countries introduced the specific situation of Montenegro to the "Little Ambassadors" in detail, and taught the children some simple Montenemonteneic language and Montenemonteneic etiquette.Before the interactive session, in order to express our gratitude to the Ambassador for arranging the reception during the holiday time, everyone in the room stood up and saluted to the tune of the National anthem of the Montenegro.

After this episode, the distance between the "Little Ambassadors"  and the Ambassador became closer.In the free question-and-answer session, Mr. Ambassador answered the children's questions in a very detailed manner and the atmosphere was harmonious. In the talent show, the young performers showed confidence and ease that were not appropriate for their age, and the ambassador applauded them from time to time.

At the end of the activity, the Ambassadors exchanged gifts with "Little Ambassadors" , and Mr.Ambassador also presented a certificate of honor to each of them.
