Ansheng International was invited to attend the Independence Day celebration held at the Embassy of Botswana in China. More than ten embassies, including the Embassy of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the Embassy of Zimbabwe, the Embassy of Namibia, the Embassy of Lesotho and the Embassy of Mauritius, were invited to attend the event.
The full name of Botswana is the the Republic of Botswana, and the original name is Belpina. In 1885, the British divided the area into two parts: the northern part is a British protectorate, and the southern part is a British colony, called "British Belpina". In 1895, "British Bettina" was incorporated into the Cape colony. It was incorporated into the Confederation of South Africa in 1910. On March 3, 1965, the Beguna Protected Area implemented internal autonomy. On September 30, 1966, Beguina declared independence, changed its name to the the Republic of Botswana, and remained in the Commonwealth. The the Republic of Botswana pursues a non aligned policy towards foreign countries and develops relations with both East and West countries. It opposes interference by major countries and advocates the principle of respecting sovereign equality and non-interference in each other's internal affairs.
