H.E. Mr. Nuryshev Shakhrat said that since the establishment of the permanent comprehensive strategic partnership between Kazakhstan and China, the two countries have had frequent high-level exchanges and fruitful cooperation in such fields as economy and trade, investment, energy, transportation, science and technology, and people-to-people and cultural exchanges. Kazakhstan is willing to continue to deepen all-round cooperation with China, strengthen coordination and cooperation in international and regional affairs, and jointly create a new "golden thirty years" in Kazakhstan-China relations.

China and Kazakhstan are good neighbors, good friends, good partners and good brothers. China has steadily ranked as Kazakhstan's second largest trading partner, the largest export destination and the second largest source of imports. As per the data released by China’s General Administration of Customs, in 2022, China-Kazakhstan trade in goods totaled 41.021 billion U.S. dollars, a year-on-year increase of 32.2 percent.
