Yang Tingting, Chairperson of Anson International, was invited to visit the Namibian Embassy in China and met with Ms. Tokkie N. Nchindo, Counsellor. The two parties reached preliminary cooperation intentions in three key areas: infrastructure construction, new energy development, and medical equipment supply.

Namibia, located in southwestern Africa, borders the Atlantic Ocean to the west, covering a land area of 824,000 square kilometers with a population of approximately 2.6 million. The country enjoys political stability and a favorable business environment.

Namibia’s economy is supported by four main pillars: mining, fisheries, livestock, and tourism. It boasts over 30 proven mineral resources, including diamonds, uranium, copper, and lithium, earning it the reputation as a "strategic metal repository." The convergence of cold and warm ocean currents off its coast forms a world-class fishing ground, while attractions such as the Namib Desert and Etosha National Park drive rapid growth in tourism. Leveraging its top-five global potential in solar and wind resources, the Namibian government is advancing a green hydrogen strategy to establish the country as Africa’s new hub for renewable energy.
