In August 2023, Chairperson Yang Tingting and CEO Zhang Liqiang were invited to attend the BRICS Trade Fair. The fair is organized by the South African Department of Trade, Industry and Competition in collaboration with the South Africa Chapter of BRICS Business Council.

The fair provides a platform for companies and institutions from South Africa and other African regions as well as Brazil, Russia, India and China to showcase their exhibits and services. These companies and institutions come from agriculture and agri-processing, manufacturing, automotive, energy infrastructure and other sectors.
