To understand a city, one must start from its history and culture. At the Shaanxi History Museum, Philippine envoys to China listen carefully to the stories behind each relic. "We learned a lot during the trip to Shaanxi History Museum. In addition to the shock, there is a sense of Chinese history." the Tourism Attaché of the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in China, Erwin F. Balane, told journalist that these cultural relics, which have traversed the long river of time, represent the continuation of Chinese civilization across thousands of years. At the same time, the museum displays modern, as well as creative cultural products, let me feel the city of Xi 'an under the nourishment of the history of the infinite new vitality.

Later, the delegation took the upcoming Xi 'an Metro Line 9 to Lintong. The line connects the main urban area of Xi 'an to Lintong, allowing citizens to travel from the main urban area of Xi 'an to Huaqing Pool in Lintong and the Terracotta Warriors of Qin Shihuang's Mausoleum within half an hour. In the subway car, the Commercial Counselor of the Philippine Embassy in China, Glenn G. Peñaranda, had a detailed understanding of the current construction process and planning of the Xi'an subway. He said Manila, the capital of the Philippines, has also built a subway and hopes to learn more from Xi 'an's experience in construction and planning. At the Huaqingchi subway station, the delegation was greeted by well-dressed waitresses of the Tang Dynasty and the resurrected Terracotta Army, which made the envoys feel surprised and impressed as if they traveled through time and space.
